We have a limited amount of our pure beeswax available. This is pure New Zealand beeswax with no additives. Gently refined using only water, heat and filtration, our beeswax retains its natural golden colour and delicious honey scent. There may be some defects and flacks of propolis.
Perfect for balms and salves, candles and polishes, and all your craft projects.
Tip: Beeswax has a melting point of 61 - 65 degrees celsius. To get the best out of our beeswax, do not use more heat than is necessary, and heat only for as long as is required. Use a double boiler to avoid hot spots - excessive heating temperatures or duration can darken beeswax and damage its scent.
Colour will vary, just as it naturally does in the hive, but will be in the yellow range (ie, not brown or white)
