Designed in New Zealand. Ingenious really. Does everything that the other hive tools do, but adds one more job. With the small hook you can uncap one drone cell to check for varroa mites. So you won't mangle a whole raft of cells, just the one you want to open. Handy and with varroa now endemic in New Zealand, a tool many carry as a spare in their tool boxes.
Current supply is not painted red, just standard stainless steel.
