Hessian sacks
When I ordered these I thought they were expensive, but when I received them I was really pleased. They are at least 3 x the size of coffee sacks and are stitched with string which makes it easy to pull apart and use the whole item.

1 large bag of hessian sacking. We get this hessian in from Kerikeri, making it a great local source for our beekeepers.
This is a clean and slow burning material making it ideal smoking bees.
Simply cut in strips and roll into a sausage. Then lit the end and let it burn for a few moments and then place burn/flame side down into your smoker. Easy! You will then have long burning smoker fuel that will keep going for several smokes before you need to cut a new strip.
