Ceracell's Delivery Policy


National Standard Delivery Ceracell will endeavour to deliver the goods to the delivery address as specified by the customer in an acceptable quality and in a timely matter. Please expect delays on orders during our busy season. We appreciate your patience during this hectic time of year with all the nation's beekeepers needing their supplies at the same time.

Other than for trade account customers with approved credit limits, goods will not be delivered to a customer until payment for the order has been received in full. This will only be following confirmation by our bank that payment in full has been accepted. For credit card and direct credit payment, this is generally within 24 hours of order acceptance.

Once dispatched you should receive your order within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Rural deliveries may take an extra 1-2 days.

From time to time items on your order may be out of stock, in which case you will be notified either by email or phone, so please ensure your contact details are correct.

Rural Delivery If you live at a rural address you must select the Rural Delivery option in the checkout for your item to be delivered. Unfortunately, we must charge this additional fee because smaller courier operators may be sub-contracted by our courier and on- charged to Ceracell. If you do not select this and your delivery address is rural your order will be delayed until the rural charge is paid.

Signature Required All our deliveries are signature required. If you wish for a non-signature option please inform us first. Please note if you wish for the parcel to be left without signature you acknowledge that neither the courier nor Ceracell is liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after an item has been delivered.

Refundable Pallets For very large orders for delivery in New Zealand the goods need to be palletised. To ensure palletised goods are carried safely and efficiently, Ceracell is operating a refundable pallet system. There is an up-front fee of $25 GST inclusive per pallet for each shipment that we send out. But not to worry, the pallets are returnable, so as long as they are in good and reusable condition you will be refunded this fee once the pallet is returned to one of our premises. Only Ceracell branded pallets are refundable and you need to show us your invoice to confirm that the pallets returned were paid for.
