Returns Policy
Ceracell reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to us deciding whether to provide a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if:
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and
• You MUST present your Original invoice/ receipt as proof of purchase.
All goods returned (for any reason) must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unopened or damaged, and in the original selling condition (with tags and labels attached) and fit for re-sale.
When we receive your returned goods, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange or reimburse the returned items.
Returns (except goods returned under conditions of a warranty) must be within 30 days of purchase. No returns or refunds will be considered after 30 days from the date of invoice.
Debit/credit card refunds must be processed back onto the original card. Shipping costs to return an item are at the customers expense, unless the item is faulty. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Please send all return items to our Auckland Office: 23 Ra Ora Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013. Once your returned item has been received, it will be inspected and appropriate action taken. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Restocking Fee for returned items:
All goods that are not defective in design or manufacture, as determined by Ceracell, and are returned by the purchaser/customer, Ceracell reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the total tax invoice amount for the items returned, only. This may be applied at any point during the return process through a total reduced refund or credit.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on the following items:
• Custom made products.
• Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request.
• Books, Posters, Gift Cards, DVD’s, Charts, Manuals.
• Any product/s with an expiry date.
• If the goods have been purchased for a business or commercial purpose then the Consumer Guarantees Act will not apply.
Faulty or damaged goods under warranty:
If the goods are being returned because they fail to comply with manufacturers’ warranties, our Team Members will be able to advise you in regards to availability of a refund, exchange, repair or replacement of like product, in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act. “No other warranties either express or implied by law are made with respect to these goods.
