The Dadant (USA manufacture) 38 litres unit.  It is a stainless steel water jacketed tank, the inner tank being 38 Litres (10 US gallons).  It has a temperature gauge on the water jacket calibrated in both degrees F and C.  It has a level gauge on the water jacket so you can check the level and top up as needed.  It has water inlet and outlet on the water jacket.  The inner wax tank has an outlet port and a nice little feature, an inlet slide that allows you to add more water if it is needed.  The heating element is thermostatically controlled to let you set the temperature.  No valves come with it, but they are standard threads and you can get the valves to suit locally I am sure, or we can source them for you at an extra charge.
